 In Autumn 2000 Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation opened its first
charity shop, "The Hospice Shop", in Chapel Street, Swinford, County
Mayo. The Hospice Shop is the first permanent Hospice Shop in the West
of Ireland."Vintage shopping" at its best.Designer clothes on a budget - you cant beat that.There’s something for everyone at the hospice shop, call in and have a look around you’ll be amazed what you might find! Shop Open Hours Monday 10.00am 6.00pm Tuesday 10.00am 6.00pm Wednesday 10.00am 6.00pm Thursday 10.00am 6.00pm Friday 10.00am 6.00pm Saturday 12 Noon 4.00pm The Hospice Shop is staffed by volunteers from the Swinford area and is supported by FÁS. YOU can help The Hospice Shop by donating appropriate items of clothing, etc or if you have craft skills, by making items for sale. Due to limited space and Health & Safety guidelines we regret that we cannot take items such as electrical goods, furniture, unsorted and broken Bric a Brac and toys.
