Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation is registered in Ireland as a Limited Company and has charitable status.
The Foundation is managed and controlled by an Executive Committee and a Board of Directors, who appoint the Foundation's Honorary Officers.

Directors of the Foundation

The Foundation's assets are held in trust by the Directors, who are unpaid, and report to the Executive Committee. Their principal function is to ensure that the Organisation is being run in accordance with the objects as specified in the Memorandum and Articles of Association. The Directors are legally responsible for the proper functioning of the Foundation including accounting procedures. The Honorary Officers of the Executive Committee appoint a sub-committee of finance after their election. All decisions of the sub-committee must be ratified by the Executive Committee.
