Our beautiful new Irish Hospice Foundation cards are now on sale. This card is the perfect way to remember someone who has passed away and let their loved ones know you are thinking about them. Funds from each card will go towards providing vital palliative care services in the community.

If you would like us to post the card(s) to the recipient directly, then just fill out their details in the alternative delivery details section on the payment page.

If you would like us to include a special message on the card you can include that message in the order notes.
