Meissner Selects Sunflower Children’s Hospice as 2026 Charity of the Year

The team at Meissner, Castlebar, Co. Mayo has selected the Sunflower Children’s Hospice as their Charity Partner of the Year for 2026.

As part of the partnership, Meissner employees have already begun organising a series of fundraising initiatives throughout the year to support the development of the Sunflower Children’s Hospice. The first event will see 21 of the company’s Castlebar employees take part in the Westport Marathon on April 18th, raising funds for the project. The employee fundraising committee has also organised a number of additional community events including a Darts Night in June, a Shave or Dye fundraiser, and a Quiz Night in Castlebar.
