Behind every figure in this report is a person who didn’t have to leave Mayo or Roscommon to get specialist care, and a family who wasn’t asked to pay for it. That’s been true since 1993, when this Foundation began as one doctor and one nurse responding to a gap nobody else was filling. It’s still true today, across two hospices, our community care teams, and every family we support through bereavement.
