Governance

The Foundation is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors who provide strategic oversight and ensure the charity operates in line with its charitable objectives and legal responsibilities.

Our Board members serve on a voluntary basis and receive no payment for their role as Directors.

The Board is supported by specialist committees responsible for areas including governance, audit, strategy, finance, and regulatory compliance.
