Roscommon Hospice

A hospice this community built.

Our 8-bed specialist inpatient unit, opened in 2023 and built entirely from the generosity of this community.

Modern two-storey building with large glass windows, stone accents, and a sloped roof. The paved entrance and parking area in the foreground lead up to the Mayo Roscommon Hospice under a cloudy sky.

What to expect

Our inpatient unit offers round-the-clock specialist care in a calm, homely setting, for symptom management, respite, or end-of-life care.

Opened in 2023 and funded entirely by the people of Roscommon, the unit brings specialist care close to home, with private rooms and space for loved ones to stay near.
