Brian completes 85km Ultra Marathon Run in New Zealand
A massive congratulations to Brian Moylett who has just completed an 85km Ultra Marathon Run in New Zealand. Brian undertook the mammoth challenge as a fundraiser for the Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation, in loving memory of his Uncle Martin (RIP), who was cared for by the wonderful staff and nurses of Roscommon Hospice.
Brian comes from a rugby background and is not a Marathon runner, but he undertook this gruelling race because he wanted to give something back to the organisation.
Incredibly, Brian finished in 12th place out of 2,594 entrants – a remarkable achievement by all accounts. To this date, he has raised close to €4,000.
