The Nephin Begers hill walking group’s Night Walk took place again on Saturday, March 22nd.
Registration took place at Brannens Bar, Newport, and the walk commenced at 7.00pm. The walk was 9km in length and reached a height of 580m at the summit of Buckagh mountain. All done by torchlight, with amazing views of the night sky.
An incredible €7,290 was raised from the event and the cheque presented to our CEO, Martina Jennings.
